Cardiovascular diseases remain to be the leading cause of death and disability in the world.

Many studies have clearly highlighted the fact that the fatal or foreboding effects of the cardiovascular disease are preventable, yet they continue to rise; primarily because the awareness and preventive strategies remain inadequate.

Systematic understanding and practicing the flow of care developed by the American Heart Association (AHA) can help improve the survival rates to a great extent.

As a healthcare professional, you always have a critical role in providing high-quality cardiovascular care.

The AHA is a non-profit organization in the USA that fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular diseases and strokes.
It is originally established in New York City in 1924 as the Association for the Prevention and Relief of Heart Disease. The AHA, a national voluntary health agency, is currently headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Also known for publishing standards on Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), they issued the first guidelines for preventing strokes in women in 2014. They are also popular for operating a number of highly visible public service campaigns starting in the 1970s, and also operate a number of fundraising events.

We, at Florence Academy, support the mission of the American Heart Association's Emergency Cardiovascular Care Program to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke by improving the chain of survival in every community.

We provide coachings in BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers and the laypersons taught according to AHA 2010 Guidelines.

We understand that there are too many coaching centers out there claiming the same, but we urge you to not be fooled by the statement "taught according to AHA guidelines" or some variation of that statement. Such statements alone do not make it a valid AHA card. The AHA course completion cards are the Gold Standard in the field and are universally accepted by all employers. Our highly qualified staff of BLS and ACLS instructors provide nationally recognized American Heart Association courses with a 2-year certification for healthcare providers in
