AIIMS
The staff recruitment exam for nurses to get placed in AIIMS is conducted every year in the month of June. there are certain qualification criteria for this exam they are:

  • Candidates should pass 12th or equivalent exam PCB  and English from a recognized board.
  • The candidate should obtain minimum of 55% of marks for General/OBC quota and 50% for SC/ST. 
  • Age criteria of the candidate for the exam is 17 years as on December 2019.
  • Final year candidates and female candidates are eligible for the exam.

 JIPMER
Similar to recruitment exam for All India institute of medical sciences (AIIMS), recruitment exams for JIPMER nursing is also conducted in the month of June. qualification criteria for this exam are:

  • Candidate should pass 10+2  levels of exam or equivalent board exam from a recognised board.
  • he/she should have minimum of 50% marks for most of the categories and 40-45% for OPH.

 PGIMER

 Recruitment exam for PGIMER is also conducted in the month of August. This exam also has certain qualification criteria they are:
  • Candidates should pass +2/equivalent exam from any recognized board.
  • The candidates require minimum of 50% of aggregate marks.
  • Age criteria of the candidate is from 17 to 25 years.

 RRB

Another staff nurse recruitment exam is for RRB/Railway recruitment board. This exam is conducted in the month of June/July.  The qualification criteria for this exam are:
  • Candidates should be registered nurse and midwife having passed three years course in general science and midwifery.
  • Age criteria for the exam is 18-32 years. For reserved candidates the age is relaxed.
